GEOG30027 Local Sites Global Connections

A one day field trip to a location in the Melbourne area, accessible by public transport.

Most of the fieldwork in LSGC is undertaken independently by students, working in groups of 2 or 3. Students will choose their field sites in greater Melbourne, accessible by public transport, and will visit them several times.
The whole group field trip, held on the Sunday after week 3, provides an introduction to field skills that will be used in the student projects. Location may vary from year to year.
